Who handles your enquiry
Edinburgh Bathroom Company is part of Ultimate Home Solutions Group. Website enquiries are received by David Crossan and passed to the bathroom team to discuss your request. Call 0131 381 2050 or use our contact form for questions about your information.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form asks for your name, telephone number or email, postcode and any optional details you add. It also sends the website address and page you used so we know where the enquiry came from. We use this to reply, check the service location and arrange the next step. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information.
How the form is delivered
Formspree processes and delivers the form to David Crossan through the existing main bathroom enquiry service. The bathroom team uses the information to handle your request. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing. Formspree may process data outside the UK using its applicable safeguards. See Formspree’s privacy information.
Website hosting and analytics
Vercel hosts the website and processes technical requests needed to serve and protect it. Google Analytics is optional and loads only if you accept analytics cookies. It measures website use and call-button clicks; it does not receive the name, contact details, postcode or message you enter in the enquiry form. A call click is not a record of a connected call.
Your choices
You can reject optional analytics and change your choice through . To ask about access, correction, deletion or the handling of an enquiry, contact us using the details above. We keep enquiry information for handling your request and any resulting work, and remove it when it is no longer needed, subject to required records. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
